	Distributors that currently sell products to the retail DIY/Hardware industry
	Preferably distributors who sell hardware-related items to retail
	Appropriate warehouse and employees to sufficiently represent our products in their market

How does the exclusivity agreement work?

Exclusivity is granted to the qualified distributor based on a signed contract. The agreement includes yearly minimum purchases and an initial purchase/shipment of 4,000 units. Based on the agreement, the distributor is the only firm that we sell to in their territory/country and in exchange, they are 100% rewarded for their marketing efforts as the only ShurLok distributor in their market. We have thus far found this to be a very successful relationship for both us and the distributor.
