Letter Dial Instructions				Support Home

There are two styles of the letter dials.  The first model is 90 % of the letter dial models on the market.  Each of them have different letters on the dials.  To differentiate,  Rotate the first dial and it will have the corresponding letters

Model #1 -  Has the following letters on first dial  -  "--" - A - B - N - D - C - P - G - M - O

Instructions give --FAS as the factory default opening code.  Other common shackle default opening codes (New Locks Only) are-  MTAM,  BIAS,  --FAS,  GNND
If your lockbox does not open on any of the default codes it has been changed and you do not know the current code for either the shackle or the door,  you are locked out.  Click here to send the lock in to be reset.

Model #2-  Has  the following letters on first dial - F - S - C - "--" - O - W - H - M - B- P

Instructions give --NDE is the factory default opening code.

Model #3  Has  the following letters on first dial -  "--" - O - W - H - M - K - P - F - S -C

Instructions give KAZ--  is the factory default opening code.

The letter dial system chart is larger than our typical number dial system and has 8 columns and 10 rows.  This is due to every dial has a different set of letters on it. 

• Simply follow each column down for your shackle column to discover the door column corresponding opening code
• If you would like to set your door combination to a specific code, first follow the door column down for that dial to the corresponding shackle column code.  This is the code that you would set the shackle to in order to get the door code for each dial.
